The Commonwealth Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities has published a range of documents related to the Murray Darling Basin. Murray Darling Basin Authority Plan
The Murray Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) released the proposed plan on Monday 28 November 2011. The Hume, Loddon Mallee and the Grampians Regional Development Australia (RDA) committees commissioned consultants to examine the impacts of the proposed plan on their communities and agricultural industries. The RDA Committees are working with key local government, community and industry organisations to ensure concerns and pertinent information are effectively represented and communicated to the Murray Darling Basin Authority.
