Collection notice
The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industries and Regions (Department) is collecting your personal information to provide you with a subscription to the Cross Border Commissioner news. Your personal information will be stored on secure databases which reside in Australia and the USA. If you have any concerns with your personal information being stored outside of Australia, please contact the Department’s Privacy Unit at privacy@ecodev.vic.gov.au to discuss.
Any personal information collected, held, managed, used, disclosed, or transferred will be held in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and other applicable laws. You may contact us to request access to your personal information, or for other concerns regarding the privacy of your personal information, by emailing the Department’s Privacy Unit privacy@ecodev.vic.gov.au.
