Speeding up services for leading caravan dealership

One of Victoria’s largest motorhome and caravan dealerships is expanding its service facilities, so road trippers can look forward to more time on the road and less waiting.

We’ve helped Prestige Jayco get started on a new state-of-the-art sales, administration and service centre in Geelong. This includes the construction of 2 new workshops with 22 work bay areas – doubling its capacity to service vehicles.

It means the company can reduce its caravan servicing wait times from up to 3 months, down to just a few weeks – great news for the business and holiday makers! Prestige Jayco has been operating in Victoria for more than 40 years and has since grown to become one of Australia's leading dealerships.

Its founder and owner, John Spence, is excited by the company’s expansion. 'The project will enable Prestige Jayco to significantly improve customer service,' he said.

This expansion will transform the facility and support the creation of 15 more jobs for locals, including workshop technicians and sales and administrative staff.

It will also allow Prestige Jayco to explore other segments of the market such as caravan accessories – supporting further growth opportunities for the business.

We also supported the previous construction of a pre-delivery and service workshop, which was completed in December 2023.
