Business Plan 2023-2024
The RDA Barwon South West Committee’s strategic focus areas are long term and aim to diversify and strengthen our economic foundations through prospective high value opportunities, leveraging the region’s comparative advantages and latent potential. Our business activities aim to support outcomes in our short to medium term priority focus areas. For 2023-24 they are:
- Affordable housing for key workers
- Value add opportunities in agriculture and raw commodities
- Address immediate skill and workforce shortages
- Digital access and capability gaps
- Harness the momentum in clean economy opportunities
- Supply chain interruptions and freight logistics.
