Contacts and Assistance
Regional Victorian Business Centres (VBCs) and offices are based throughout regional areas of Victoria. This creates a local contact point for businesses, councils and community groups wanting to access the programs and services provided by Regional Development Victoria.
The offices provide all of the services of the Victorian Business Line as well as personalised service.

Regional VBCs and office services
The VBCs and regional offices provide:
- local administration of government programs and initiatives
- delivery of local business and economic development programs
- information about starting a business, licensing and registration information and support for small business, providing referrals to specialists as required
- facilitation of workshops and seminars on business topics
- access to Victorian Government programs to help business invest, export and increase workforce skills
- access to other government agencies including Federal Government and statutory authorities including AusIndustry, Austrade, Industry Capability Network and Regional Development Australia.
