Boost for Kerang industrial estate
The Victorian Government has partnered with the Gannawarra Shire Council to finalise the expansion of the Tate Drive Industrial Estate in Kerang.
With a $900,000 contribution from the Victorian Government towards an overall project cost of $1.3 million, the expansion will see a completion of the ninth and final stage of the development which will comprise civil services to the new subdivision including power, water, sewerage, roads and drainage for an additional 15 lots.
The estate currently employs 130 people and has generated approximately $12 million of local investment.
